Shipping and Delivery

SAPTRISHEE GOLD SPICES LLP is committed to delivering freshly packed, high-quality spices safely to your doorstep.

Order Processing: All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 0–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation, or as per the timeline agreed at the time of order placement.
Domestic Shipping: Orders across India are shipped through registered commercial courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) or India Post / Speed Post. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on destination pin code and regional transit norms.
International Shipping: For buyers outside India, orders are dispatched via registered international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or International Speed Post. International delivery schedules are subject to customs clearance, regulatory checks, and courier transit norms in the destination country.
Tracking & Confirmation: Once dispatched, shipping confirmation along with tracking details (AWB/Consignment Number) will be sent to the email address and contact number provided at registration/checkout.

Delivery Address: Shipments will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure full address details with accurate landmarks and pin codes.
Transit Delays: While we guarantee handover to the carrier within the stated dispatch window, SAPTRISHEE GOLD SPICES LLP is not liable for operational delays caused by courier logistics, severe weather, regional strikes, customs procedures, or public holidays.
Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin): If a parcel is returned due to incorrect recipient address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept without valid grounds, reshipping charges will apply to re-dispatch the order.
